EARTH® AIR CON CLEANER
Earth Air Con Cleaner removes dust, odor, bacteria and molds that accumulate in your air con, thus reducing allergens. It also plays a major part in maintaining your air con motor to work more productively, resulting in more efficient electric consumption.
Earth Air Con Cleaner contains a cleaning surfactant with mold, bacteria and virus suppressor agents. By using the aerosol propellant, the cleaning agents penetrate and cleanse deep inside the cooling fins. The mold, bacteria and virus suppressor agents contained in the formulation penetrate into the deeper fins and prevent molds and bacteria from multiplying.
Earth Air Con Cleaner contains green tea polyphenol. Polyphenol is the substance found in red wine, grapes, green tea and persimmon that is used to dissolve bad odor and kill bacteria.
The formula has been tested to kill 99.9% of bacteria such as E. Coli, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa, and viruses including Influenza A (H1N1) and Feline Coronavirus. It also eliminates molds that gather inside* the air con unit, which are mostly black molds called Cladosporium cladosporioides.
*The product is not intended for removing molds in the cross-flow fan.
Mold growth can form as fast as a few days to a month, depending on how dirty the air con is or how high the level of air pollution is in the area.
Before spraying, shake the can 5 to 6 times to help the contents spray out properly. Make sure to turn off and unplug your air con unit before applying the product. Lift the cover and take out the filter of your air con. Spray directly on the cooling fins in an up-and-down motion. The ideal distance when spraying the product on the cooling fins is at least 5 cm to avoid spraying on the electrical sensors or electrical parts, e.g. switch or motor, to avoid damage on your air con unit. Leave for 10 minutes as the fluid and dirt drains away and you’re done!
It is recommended to use 1 aerosol can in cleaning 1 air con unit.
Recommended application of the product is every 3 to 6 months. This will depend on the frequency of air con use and air pollution level.
Regular use of the product reduces dust allergens like mold, dust, pollen and bacteria in your air con. A well-maintained air con saves on electricity consumption as well.
Cost is much less than professional cleaning services. Cleaning process is easier and faster. No need for other people to enter your home, thus avoiding unwanted COVID-19 exposure.
Earth Air Con Cleaner can be used with most window-type and split-type air con units with drain pipes. The product cannot be used on car air cons, outdoor split-type units, hang types, those installed on the hood, or any type of air con where the cover cannot be removed.
No, the product is not intended to be used on air cons without drain pipes and tubes.
No, the product is not intended for the outdoor unit. It can only be used on the indoor air con unit.
Cooling fins are rows of copper tubing inside the air con unit which are covered with aluminum so that the maximum amount of heat can be transferred from the fins to the air inside the room.
There is no need to wipe the cooling fins after spraying on them. Do not touch the fins to avoid bending or breaking. In case of dripping on the other parts of the air con, you may just wipe the liquid off when the application is done.
If the filter is not removed from the air con, you will not be able to spray directly on the cooling fins. If the filters have been sprayed, just remove them and wipe off the liquid or wash with water and dry.
It is recommended to turn on the air con 10 minutes after spraying.
Yes, ventilation is needed during application. Open your windows for proper ventilation.
There is no need to ventilate the room after you have applied the product. However, you may do so if you are
bothered by the smell that may come out of the air con.
Accidentally spraying on the other parts of the air con like the sensor, wires and electric circuits might cause
damage to the unit. Avoid directly spraying on these, as the product is only intended for the cooling fins. Observing
the proper distance of 5 cm when spraying the cooling fins will help avoid reaching these parts.
No, the product does not cause discoloration on plastic materials, however it is best to avoid spraying on these materials.
No, the product does not cause melting or corrosion of these materials. Please consult with your air con
manufacturer if this happens.
The time it takes for the liquid to come out of the drain pipe or tube depends on the length of the pipe. For longer pipes, the liquid may remain in the pipe and will dry up during hot weather, or the air con may gather moist and flush out the remaining liquid in the pipe eventually.
Ventilate the room and turn on the exhaust fan if available. The product usually leaves a characteristic smell caused by the warming or heating effect of the fins when the air con is in use. The liquid evaporates fast. However, the smell may remain for up to 2 to 3 days after application. If the smell is intolerable, water may be sprayed on the fins when the air con is unplugged and not in use.
The color of the liquid that comes out of the drain pipe depends on the amount of dirt in the air con. An air
conditioned room used for cooking or smoking will have a dirtier and darker liquid compared to a room that is not
filled with smoke.
In case of skin and eye contact, wash with soap and water. If allergic reactions occur, seek immediate medical attention. Use the product only as directed.
If you ingested a minimum amount and no symptoms of nausea, vomiting or skin rashes occur, drink 200 mL of water or milk. If symptoms start to manifest, induce vomiting, drink 200 mL of water or milk, breathe in fresh air and seek immediate medical attention. Use the product only as directed.
Yes, it is safe to use the product around infants, pregnant women and pets.
The product should be used only as intended and directed. Read instructions carefully before use. Always keep the product out of reach of children and pets. Avoid spraying near curtains, carpets and furniture. Keep away from heat and fire sources.

TRAP-A-ROACH HOY HOY®
Trap-A-Roach Hoy Hoy is an ingenious way to trap cockroaches. Each set includes a specially designed house trap with a 30-degree angle and multiple free-flow entrances to simulate the cockroaches’ habitat. The house trap has a strong wavy adhesive in the middle and a cockroach bait to lure cockroaches. Just assemble the trap and leave it in areas where cockroaches congregate.
Assembling the trap is very easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Remove the brown paper from the sticky pad.
2. Open the foil packet to reveal the bait.
3. Place the bait at the center of the trap.
4. Fold the side flaps and open all windows to form a roof-like structure. Lock the two sides to secure.
The roof can be adjusted for different trap placements:
There is no need to open the packet and spread the food bait on the adhesive. Simply put the attractant at the center and wait for the cockroaches to be lured inside the trap. The packet already contains small holes enough for cockroaches to smell what’s inside.
Since the food bait is highly effective, it is also possible for it to attract other insects, and even rats and mice. Bear in mind that small animals like rodents tend to decay. When this happens, it is recommended to replace the trap immediately for safety and hygiene.
The number of roaches the trap can catch depends on the level of infestation in a certain area. To ensure optimum usage, place it in areas where cockroaches are frequently seen such as along walls, under the sinks, near the kitchen, behind refrigerators, inside kitchen drawers or kitchen cabinets. If there are no more roaches being caught, it is recommended to change locations.
This should not be a problem if the amount consumed is equivalent to 1 or a few bait packs. However, since the attractant is not designed as a food item, please do not let pets eat it.
There is no harm. The attractant bait is made of natural ingredients and is non-toxic. It also does not contain any insecticide.
First, use duct tapes or scotch tapes to take off the glue as much as possible. Simply attach the tapes on the glue. However, if it is attached on fabric materials like clothes or bags, it may not be able to completely get off. It may also cause some damages, so try attaching the tapes on hidden parts of the material first to check if it does not cause any damage.
In case the adhesive is attached to the hand or to the floor, apply vegetable oil, baby oil or hand cream, benzine or kerosene on the affected area and wipe it off. Afterwhich, wash with water and soap.
In case the glue is accidentally attached to clothes, bags, curtains, or other fabrics, wipe it off with benzine and wash with soap. If the materials of the cloth, bag or curtain are fragile or highly valuable, consult with professional cleaning services.
In case the glue is accidentally attached on pets, do the following:
- Appy plenty of powder such as baby powder or flour on the glue, then take as much glue off as possible with a tool such as a comb.
- Apply enough vegetable oil on the glue then wipe it off and wash with soap and water. Do not use benzine on small animals as it might cause adverse effects on them. It will take time, but it is recommended to use vegetable oil on small animals.
If the glue still does not come off, cut off the hair along with the attached glue.
The product is effective for a month after the protective paper covering the glue is taken off. It is recommended to replace the Hoy Hoy sheet with a new one on a monthly basis as humidity or dust will affect and lower the level of adhesiveness.
