LOGISTICS MANAGER

The Logistics Manager oversees the overall inventory & production planning, sourcing, storage & warehousing, distribution, processing of shipment & deliveries and implements controls for the efficient & effective flow of goods to meet the customer requirements.

  • Plan and manage logistics operation such as inventory management & control, warehousing, stock movement, local sourcing & importation, and distribution.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and consumers.
  • Plan the quantity for production and coordinate with the toll manufacturer.
  • Plan the quantities for ordering for both the local products and imported raw materials.
  • Monitors the status of imported products and raw materials.
  • Coordinate with the suppliers and the broker and ensure the prompt release of the products from BOC.
  • Manage the entire order entry and invoicing cycle & ensure that the right products are invoiced, delivered complete and without delay.
  • Manage the third-party warehouse inventory.
  • Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of the products.
  • Order, track, and report inventory and deliveries.
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
  • Keep track of stock levels, quality, and quantity of goods.
  • Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
  • Respond to any issue on shipping complaints, lost items, damages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG/Distribution industry.
  • Knowledge of importation and Bureau of Customs rules and regulations
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Probationary; performance subject to review at the end of the 3rd and 5th month.

GRAPHIC ARTIST

  • In charge of designing multi-media materials for various company requirements.
  • Design trade and sales-related collaterals including but not limited to in-store signages, roll-up banners, booths, van ads, promo and violator stickers, shelf stoppers, hangers and strips, tactical bins, and similar materials.
  • Develop trade highlights, mass or shelf display dress-ups, event activation collaterals as required.
  • Develop materials for digital, out-of-home and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Revision and re-sizing of existing graphic assets.
  • Development and revision of product and packaging labels.
  • Design development of company website, corporate social and digital accounts and similar materials
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
  • Holder of a Multimedia degree or other related courses is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Knowledgeable and adept in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and Canva.
  • Capable of developing various multi-media assets including but not limited to statics, videos, gifs, etc.
  • With strong photo editing skills.
  • At least 2 to 3 years work experience is preferred, but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Works well with others.
